"Julian Saavedra helped me get insurance, he was breath of fresh air compared to the other group I got a quote from. I would recommend the Conley State Farm insurance agency to anyone who wants to be well taken care of, the folks on the team are very knowledgeable, they know their product and provide intelligent guidance. Some of the other groups I got quotes from had less knowledgable staff and didn't seem to understand their product. As a cherry on top, the policy I got was cheaper than the other companies that I got quotes from and offered more coverage!"

"I called about the problem of not receiving my bill. Julian was able to resolve the issue, set up a bank debit to prevent a late premium and suggest a better situation. Without me asking he suggested a way to set up a monthly bank debit, which suited my situation much better than the current annual premium. Thanks, Julian Saavedra."

"I was with my previous insurer for over 4 decades. Over the last several years the customer service stunk. But as the devil you know is better than the one you don’t I just never changed companies. I finally became so fed up that I called State Farm. I was fortunate enough to get Sara on the line. She was lovely. She allowed me to vent about my frustrations with insurance. She patiently went through all of the car/house items they offered. She was well versed on all of the options. I was able to complete everything with her on the phone that day. She explained other things that I needed to do which she sent all of the directions in an e-mail. I had the opportunity to have to contact Sara a few times within the next month. If she did not answer the phone right away, she texted or phoned me right away. (Totally unheard of with my previous company) In closing, Sara was delightful to deal with and I am very grateful that I called State Farm that day."
